Projects We have specialised trained project teams whose aim is levelled at certain facets and disciplines in preservation. There are trained project teams for militairy, offshore and industrial objects. This is the reason why we can work efficient and it is a guarantee for higher quality of the final product.
Quality For Straalbedrijf Petersen it is essential that continuity is guaranteed. This also includes the question of quality. In order to maintain these guarantees work is carried out in accordance with the directives as contained in ISO 9001:2008. For military related orders standards are even higher. The quality plan of AQAP 2120 (PDF) is used as a guideline. At the same time we need to remain operating within the regulations regarding the environment and labour conditions.
Inspection
In order to guarantee the quality of the various disciplines and assignments we have a variety of inspection methods. In addition to measuring coating thickness, temperature, relative humidity and dew point are also measured.
On request we are able to carry out adhesion tests, porosity tests, surface roughness measuring, MEK rub tests and even more. All this data can be collected in a report.
Assemblage Further, the possibility exists that we assemble any half product into complete final products.
Repairs Small welding and reparation work can be done.
Storage Do you have no or very little storage space? It is possible for us to help you with this. We offer warehousing at very attractive rates and, in addition, take care in accordance with the just-in-time delivery that meets up with your production and/or sales wishes.
