Spray painting
In total, Straalbedrijf Petersen has 6 spray painting halls available, with a total floor area of 3500M². We have more than 15 spray painting places and booths available, of which three can be used as pressure booths. With these investments and extensions we have been able to carry out many complex assignments in a most successful manner.
We have 4 x 50 metre and 2 x 20 metre hanging systems for larger parts and a 1 x 60 metre motorized hanging system for smaller parts.
At these spots and booths we can apply any paint or coating system, wheather or not provided with a multi year guarantee, according to the V.V.V.F. conditions.
Every application has its own spraying process and application methods, namely:
- Airmix spray painting
- Airless spray painting
- Electrostatic spray painting
- HVLP spray painting (High Volume Low Pressure).
Actually, any object between 20 grams and 20 tons and from 2 cm to 20 metres in length can be supplied with every paint system without any problem, in every colour of choice.
Every spray painter of Straalbedrijf Petersen has an environment certificate for paint and lacquer spraying. With this, Straalbedrijf Petersen does not only meet with all the ergonomic requirements, but also with the stipulations of the Environmental laws and the Working Conditions Act.
